SM18340 Core Logging Geologist

Our client, an Australian gold producer, is currently seeking a Core Logging Geologist to join their team. The project includes a small high-grade mine producing over 200,000 ounces of gold since 2016.

Requirements;

• Relevant Qualifications in Geology.
• Class C WA manual driver’s licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• RC diamond drill rig knowledge (REQUIRED).
• Knowledge of QAQC Practices.
• Datamine/Leapfrog/ArcGIS proficiency is advantageous.

Position Duties:

• Execution of resource definition and RC drill programs.
• Process, QA/QC, and analyse geological data, including developing and interpreting geological models.
• Generate data exports as needed.
• Supervising Field Assistants.
• Core-yard duties as needed.
