Job Summary:

Technical Support Assistant are responsible for ensuring quality service and repairs towards customer's overall satisfaction; and must provide sufficient knowledge to clients regarding phone usage.

Job Description:

  • Handling of customers and receptionist inquiries
  • Remind receptionist in advising the possible risks
  • Determine the maintenance type of the unit
  • Request for materials needed and sign on the general form, confirm the inventory of the bad parts
  • Conduct repairs according to proper guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure the accuracy of the encoded information, material used, and maintenance type
  • Inspect the units and accessories for replacement and fill up the replacement form
  • Install tools and equipment provided by the company.
  • Know how to properly captured log for every problem experience in OPPO product.
