Smart Phone/Technical Support Staff

l. Job Summary:

• Responsible for smartphone diagnosis.
• Perform quality testing with the phone after repair.
• Can clearly communicate/explain with the client regarding technical concerns/inquiries.
• Can follow standard OPPO SOP in repairing smartphones.
• Can give tips on basic smart phone function and troubleshooting and give the best solution/ excellent repair quality.

ll. Job Description:

• Handling of customers and receptionist inquiries on smartphone repair concerns.
• Guide receptionist in advising possible risks.
• Determine the maintenance type of the unit.
• Request for materials needed and sign on the general form, confirm the inventory of the bad parts.
• Conduct repairs according to proper guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of the encoded information, material used, and maintenance type.
