Role Overview
TREE is seeking a SmartStart Club Coach to support the licensing, quality assurance, and ongoing development of SmartStart early learning franchisees (SmartStarters) in Port Shepstone. The successful candidate must reside in Port Shepstone, have strong local knowledge, and be willing to travel extensively within the community.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences/Social Work/ Project Management/ Community Development, or similar
2–3 years' experience in a similar role
Valid driver's license
Must have own vehicle
Purpose of the Role
Support the licensing, coaching, and quality improvement of SmartStarters
Build, inspire, and sustain effective SmartStart Clubs
