SMARTY Propositions & Revenue Specialist (P&L)

This role works with SMARTY’s P&L and propositions manager to drive incremental revenue from SMARTY’s existing customer base. Optimising the performance of existing propositions such as Refer a friend and groups, as well as achieving P&L targets for Margin through base up-sell, upgrade and cross-sell programs. Working closely with the CVM team to build effective sales campaigns.

What you will do:

• Monetise the launch of new and existing propositions through base  management, including Add-on sales, international calling, etc.
• Manage the in-life revenue & retention KPI’s of base programs, including upsell, upgrade and cross-sell programs.
• Explore all options to create new revenue & retention opportunities for SMARTY, business-casing them to gain approval.
• Ownership of Refer A Friend and Groups 1.0 & 2.0 performance.
