Description
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Leader to own and drive supply chain strategy for our SMB segment. This role sits at the intersection of vendor management, operational excellence, and business growth - requiring someone who can think big, dive deep into data, and deliver results at scale. You will lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives that improve availability, reduce costs, and accelerate selection growth for thousands of SMB vendors.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own the SMB supply chain strategy, including inbound logistics, inventory health, availability improvement, and vendor operational performance
2. Define and execute programs that simplify supply chain processes for SMB vendors, reducing friction and improving speed-to-shelf
3. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Retail, Transportation, Finance, and Tech teams to remove systemic bottlenecks in the SMB supply chain
