Job Description

What You'll Do Handle new product setup for SMT, AOI and wave solder 
Prepare loading list before production starts 
Improve SMT machine speed and efficiency 
Set temperature for reflow and wave solder machines 
Arrange and check stencil, fixtures, and pallets 
Test and select solder paste, solder bar and flux 
Calculate material usage for BOM update 
Check Gerber files and suggest changes
