   in managing and coordinating the daily tasks of the MC

2. Monitor RS Routine Service RC Routine
   Collection and sales performance of MCs
3. Handle
   VOC Voice of Customer cases especially those involving irregular RS
   or
   sales

Onboarding
and Training

1. Onboard
   newly joined MCs and ensure smooth integration into the
   team
2. Conduct On the Job Training OJT to equip
   new MCs with the necessary skills and
   knowledge

Operations
and Logistics

1. Ensure
   sufficient stock of uniforms tools and equipment for the MC
   team
2. Prepare filter quantity forecasts for
   Warehouse Admin to request from the SCM
   team
