SMDC Local Marketing Partner – Commission-Based

The Local Marketing Partner will assist in promoting, marketing, and selling SMDC residential properties. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for individuals with strong networks and interest in real estate, sales, or marketing. No prior real estate experience is required as training and support will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SMDC properties through personal networks, social media, and referrals
• Generate and endorse potential clients or investors
• Assist in scheduling property presentations and site visits
• Coordinate with the SMDC sales team for inquiries and follow-ups
• Share basic property information, promos, and updates with clients
• Support marketing activities and events when needed
