Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Issuer Services with a strong understanding of data and data modelling concepts. The SME will play a key role in bridging business domain knowledge (Agency & Trust, Depositary Receipts) with data-driven initiatives, supporting the design and implementation of robust data models for capital markets asset servicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Domain Expertise & Advisory
Serve as the go-to expert for Issuer Services, covering Agency & Trust (A&T) and Depositary Receipts (DR) business lines.
Advise on specialized agency services (escrow, account bank, M&A tender & exchange, project finance), conventional debt (commercial paper, certificates of deposit, medium-term notes, investment grade/high-yield debt), and structured finance (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO/CLO).
Provide guidance on Depositary Receipt products, including ADR, GDR, LDR, GDNs, and unsponsored DRs.
