Subject Matter Expertise & Technical

• Act as the technical specialist for Microsoft Cloud solutions during workshops, trainings, and implementations
• Provide expert guidance on solution design and best practices
• Support complex technical discussions, deep-dive sessions, and customer Q&A

Delivery & Implementation Support

• Support or lead workshops, trainings, hands-on labs, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during delivery engagements

Partner & Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to validate use cases and solution approaches
• Provide technical input during pre-sales, scoping, and solution planning
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
