Job Description

To lead the cross functional ‘Fasenra SEA Indication Team’ in the development of brand strategy aligned to overall TA strategy and company priorities. 
Develop people & team.
Work with other functions to achieve objectives of Fasenra including commercial and hospital sales target, SOV and Market Share.
Portfolio Strategy Planning
Conduct a thorough analysis of the market and competition, and formulate a clear brand differentiation strategy and market campaign to optimize Brand fitness.
Identify market opportunities in key hospitals and develop market campaigns to gain market share.
Develop the highest standards of training material and programs (with BMs) and make available to Medical Representatives.
Work with BMs and sales management to provide quality product sales forecasting
Develop training strategy (with BMs) to align with LCM.
