Key Responsibilities

a. Campaign Creation & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch and manage engaging email and SMS campaigns designed to

drive lead acquisition and conversions.

• Collaborate with internal teams on messaging strategy, creative assets, and

promotional calendars.

• Build targeted campaigns with personalized content tailored to segmented

audiences.

• Craft compelling copy that aligns with brand tone, drives action, and

communicates value clearly.

b. Lifecycle Messaging for Existing Customers

• Develop and optimize automated flows and transactional messages

throughout the customer lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, claim updates,

reminders, review requests).

• Use data insights to refine messaging sequences and improve timing,

engagement, and relevance.
