SMT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SMT Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Sentacon Sdn Bhd in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
You will play a key role in setting up, stabilizing, and continuously improving our SMT production. This role goes beyond routine engineering work and requires a hands-on, flexible mindset typical for a startup environment.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our electronics products.

What you'll be doing

• Setup, optimization, and maintenance of SMT production processes
• Programming, setup, and optimization of SMT machines (Pick & Place, Solder Printer, Reflow)
• Process optimization for quality, yield, and throughput
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of SMT defects
