What You Will Lead As our SMT Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead a team of Process Engineers & Technicians in a state-of-the-art SMT facility
• Drive process optimization, yield improvement & automation initiatives
• Oversee NPI from DFM to mass production readiness
• Manage SMT equipment platforms (Printer, SPI, PnP, Reflow, AOI/AXI, Wave/Selective Solder)
