SMT Equipment Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops the preventive maintenance plan, schedule, procedure, checklists, and specifications
• Provide technical assistance in installation, adjustment and maintenance of manufacturing company equipment.
• Ensures maintenance procedure, checklist, and required tools to perform machine / equipment repair and periodic maintenance are available
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
• Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Performs buy-off, set-up, commissioning and qualification of machines and equipment for production use together with the Process Engineer
