Job Description

Proficient in SMT GKG printing machines, KOH YOUNGSPI, ASMsurface mount technology (SMT) placement machines, reflow soldering, AOI program development and equipment debugging. 
Proficient in SMT process defect analysis and improvement. 
Proficient in equipment principles, fault repair, equipment maintenance, and material throwing reduction. 
With experience in managing SMT equipment teams, I can lead the team to enhance UPH, improve production line efficiency, and reduce equipment failure rates. 
Familiar with SMT manufacturing processes and process standards, proficient in the operation, debugging, parameter setting, daily maintenance, weekly and servicing of ASM placement machines. 
Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
