SMT Equipment Technician

Provide hands-on support to the production line by maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment. Drive improvements in productivity, delivery, and quality through the design and fabrication of poke-yoke systems , jigs , fixtures , and other process-enhancing tools. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent achievement of KPIs.

Responsibility:

• Support daily production activities through equipment maintenance and calibration
• Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and poke-yoke mechanisms to enhance process efficiency
• Implement and monitor containment, corrective, and preventive actions to minimize rework and scrap
• Ensure compliance with updated manufacturing standards and specifications
• Promote and enforce safety protocols across all operations
