**Job Description**
The Selective Wave Soldering / Wave Soldering Operator sets up, programs, operates, and maintains soldering equipment used in PCB assembly. You support production by ensuring high‑quality solder joints, consistent throughput, and strict adherence to IPC and internal quality standards. This role suits individuals with experience in SMT machine operation, automated soldering equipment, or electronics manufacturing who are comfortable working with precision machinery and structured production workflows.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up selective wave soldering and wave soldering machines by loading solder pallets, fixtures, flux, solder bars, and assemblies, and verify that all tooling and configurations are correct for each job.
