SMT Operator

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime
• Good communication skill and fast learner
• Able to stand for long worker hours (no health issue)
• Must pass the Colour Blind Test
• Basic Computer Knowledge will be advantaged
• Soldering Skills will be advantaged
• Have knowledge of SMT processes will be an advantaged

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform daily activities following the on standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Need to perform Online Stamp In & Stamp Out when doing the process.
• To be responsible for feedback to Line Leader for the quality issue.
• To be responsible in meeting Quality and production output & efficiency targets.
• Authorized to stop the process if without document or completeness document, such as a document without a control copy stamp.
