SMT Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

·       Responsible for all SMT process, engineering problems solving and productivity promotion.

·       Provide SMT process instruction for manufacturing.

·       Provide DFM report, GR&R, CpK, FMEA.

·       Good skills set of stencil design, pallet design.

·       Good experience of reflow, wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press fit, PCBA cleaning.

·       Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.

·       Conduct engineering change and evaluation.

·       Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology.

·       Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.

·       Prepare presentation package to management.

·       Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.

·       Experience in handling DEK,ASM,AOI, X-ray, Router machine (extra advantage)
