Job Title: Process Engineer - SMT with 6-9 years of experience

Job Summary: The Engineer/Sr. Engineer is responsible for overseeing the SMT (Panasonic), PSMT THC, PCB Separation, ICT, FT & PCB coating. The role ensures NPD activities such development plan, SMH, Process examination, PFD, PFMEA, QCP & WI, Customer audit, Iso/IAFT audit readiness. Optimize the operational efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and cost-effective lean practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Electronics Assembly SMT/THC/Coating/PSMT line Process engineering
activities.
• Have a good knowledge on lean manufacturing concept.
• Attending day to day open issues of the Process related Problems.
• Taking Corrective Action & Preventive action on in process defects/c problems & safety issue
