smt process technician

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Operate and maintain Fuji NXT SMT machines
• Nexim software
• Setup and align screen printers to ensure accurate solder paste deposition
• Troubleshoot real-time SMT line issues
• including pickup errors, misalignment, and solder defects
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine lifespan
• Operate AOI systems to inspect solder paste and mounted components
• Perform defect analysis and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with engineers
• Document inspection results and assist during quality audits
• Updating Work Instructions

Working day :

• Monday to Friday

Working hour :

• Morning 7am-6.30pm (1.5 include ot)
• Night 7pm-6.30am (1.5 include ot)

Shift Patern :

• Change shift every 2 weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
