SMT Production Supervisor

We're looking for a seasoned SMT Production Supervisor, someone with a keen eye for detail, to take charge of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly line's daily operations. This position demands strong leadership, a solid grasp of SMT processes, and the ability to work with various departments to keep production running smoothly and maintain high output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

SMT Line Supervision:
You'll be responsible for supervising the SMT production lines assigned to you, ensuring a steady workflow and that production schedules are met without fail.

Experience Requirement:
