SMT Programmer

1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Develop ASM Siplace & Fuji NXT placement machine program and component teaching referring to component data sheet, product drawing, PCB Gerber files and drawing.
• Actively maintain existing placement program by optimization and balancing to ensure efficient cycle time to maximize utilization of SMT.
• To attend NPI meetings and support SMT Line during NPI production to ease line technician/engineer to confirm placement issue/orientation.
• For release program, monitor quality to proper program performance and process efficiency.
• To monitor and perform Engineering Changes whenever required. Support department activities, reporting, problem solving, task force activities whenever needed.
• Perform other task assigned by superiors.
