SMT Technician

1-Diploma/Degree minimum: Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent and demonstrated experience. or equivalent and demonstrated experience.

2-Al least 1-3 years working experience in SMT environment (Operator/Technician) or 3-5 years (Engineer)

3-Knowedge of SMT machines (Fuji, Panasonic NPM, Yamaha, Juki, ASM/Simens, etc.).

4-Understanding of SMT process flow, solder paste properties, and reflow profile

5-Familiar with SPIAOI inspection and defect classifications (tombstone, bridging, insufficient solder, misalignment, etc.)

6-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOM, and work instructions

7-Experience in programming Fuji/NPM/Siemens/Yamaha mounters

8-Hands-on skills in vision alignment, fiducial mark setup, and placement accuracy tuning & Knowledge of feeder maintenance and calibration
