The role involves machine programming, process optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality PCB assembly output. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SMT line setup, Pick & Place programming, defect analysis, and production yield improvement. Key Responsibilities SMT Line Operations & Programming Program and operate SMT production line equipment including: Pick & Place machines Solder Paste Printers Reflow Ovens AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems Create and optimize Pick & Place programs based on PCB Gerber and BOM data.
