A well established Law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing Corporate practice in Cape Town.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
