Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client is seeking an experienced Snr. Boiler Shop Foreman for position in Rustenburg, NW  Candidates should come from a Mining background and have strong troubleshooting / fault finding skills. **South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) / N3
• Supervisory / Management Qualification
• Min Experience: 5 years as a Foreman / Supervisor
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate daily production, and improve efficiency.
• Valid Code B Driver’s License
