Core Description
The Senior Manager: Finance Transformation & Shared Services is accountable for driving the end-to-end transformation of the Finance function at BCX. The role focuses on modernising finance processes, strengthening the control environment, and leveraging digital enablement to deliver sustainable efficiencies and long-term cost benefits.
The objective is to transition Finance from a predominantly transactional and reactive function into a proactive, insight-driven, forward-looking partner that supports BCX's strategic, commercial, and operational objectives. A key component of the role includes the design, implementation, and optimisation of a scalable Finance Shared Services model.
