Job Description

                    Responsibilities Leading the full 360 recruitment process for talabat, including sourcing top talent from around the world. 
Partner with key stakeholders, leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes and metrics, while developing innovative ways to meet talabat's expanding and evolving recruiting needs. 
Report on recruitment activity to identify ways to improve the process and tell a story through data insights. 
Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in 360 Recruitment with a strong background in technical & product candidate sourcing. Looking for a hunter that has handled core recruitment at a large scale. 
Experience recruiting for engineering roles within the region. 
Experience sourcing engineering candidates from abroad using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. 
Collaborative professional with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
