Job Description

The Tech-Business Officer is responsible for supporting A*STAR as the Strategic Innovation Engine of Singapore by translating our intellectual properties to commercial solutions through industry research collaborations, licensing and spin-off efforts to drive economic and social outcomes for Singapore.

Leverage strong domain and industry knowledge to understand companies? aspirations and challenges and thereby design and execute differentiated strategies to foster R&D partnerships and drive commercialization strategies.

Work closely with relevant industry partners to adopt technology portfolios and research capabilities through licensing, collaboration and facilitating creation of spinoff companies.

Leverage an ecosystem of industry partners, start-ups, academia, public agencies and industry associations to fuel the growth of the R&D and industry landscape in Singapore.
