(What the role is)
Student Development Executive (SDE), Community Service & Leadership, plays a vital role in the growth and development of learners in NYP. He/she takes on the design and implementation of a variety of student development activities and looks after the governance of student organisations. As a life coach, he/she fosters the development of our learners holistically via co-curricular activities (CCAs) and mentors student leaders throughout the year.

• Inspire and mobilise learners to actively engage in social causes and community initiatives in line with NYP strategic goals.
• Supervise and mentor student leaders to manage CCA clubs and deliver community service programmes aligned with club and department goals.
