Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC team, ensuring 24/7 security monitoring, incident triage, and response.
• Strategy & Setup: Drive the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing maturity of the SOC environment, including tooling, processes, and playbooks.
• SIEM Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for SIEM platforms, specifically Microsoft Sentinel and IBM QRadar, optimizing them for log ingestion, correlation rules, alerting, and reporting.
• Cloud Security: Ensure effective security monitoring and incident response across Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), integrating cloud native security tools with the SIEM.
