Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead and manage 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) functions. The role is responsible for security monitoring, incident response, team leadership, and continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC operations, including L1–L3 analysts
• Oversee security incident detection, investigation, response, and escalation
• Ensure effective operation and optimization of SIEM platforms (Splunk / ArcSight / QRadar / Sentinel / Elastic)
• Develop, review, and improve SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and dashboards
• Manage incident response processes, RCA, post-incident reviews, and reporting
• Monitor SOC KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, application, and network teams
