SOC Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team (L1/L2 analysts).
• Oversee real-time monitoring of security alerts from SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other security tools.
• Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Develop and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and incident response procedures.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
• Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with IT, network, cloud, and compliance teams.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity / SOC operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior SOC role.
