Social Account Director – Brand Reputation

Boldspace is seeking a Social Account Director to play a key role in delivering and developing our social media offering within the Brand Reputation team. This is a mid-senior role focused on leading social strategy and delivery across a portfolio of clients, while contributing to the commercial growth of accounts and the wider agency.

Sitting within the communications function, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, PR specialists, and creative teams to deliver socially fluent, reputation-led campaigns. You’ll be confident owning client relationships, pitching ideas, and identifying opportunities to extend and upsell social activity, while remaining hands-on in strategy and execution.

This role suits someone who combines strong PR instincts with deep social expertise, commercial awareness, and the ambition to grow into a broader leadership position.
