Job Description

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals to live independently and actively within their communities.
Promote autonomy, personal development, and equality.
Lead and supervise staff teams within the designated centre.
Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA standards and person-centred planning principles.
Requirements
Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
