Social Care Worker - Aftercare

Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting Part time Social Care workers and relief staff for our Aftercare services in Gorey Town, Co. Wexford.

What we do:

Daffodil Care Services has developed a nationwide network of aftercare services consisting of both residential and comprehensive outreach services. Our residential aftercare services are fully staffed 24/7 providing timely support to vulnerable young adults as they progress to independent living. Our aftercare teams are dedicated to ensuring young adults get both the support and experience required in preparation for independent living.

The role:

This is a dynamic service, providing individualised interventions to young adults aged 18 – 23 years, to enable them to live in safety and with stability and support to begin their journey to independence.
