About the Role
Landing is hiring a Social Marketing Manager to own three of our highest-leverage demand channels: Paid Social, Organic Social, and OTA marketing. This is a builder's seat. You'll set strategy, run campaigns, and design the systems behind them, with AI embedded in how you work, not bolted on.
We want someone in their career who moves fast, thinks commercially, and is already using AI to do more than their peers.
What You'll Own
Paid Social — Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Campaigns measured against CAC, ROAS, and booked-night targets.
Organic Social — voice, content, cadence, and platform strategy. Build an audience that actually converts, not just follows.
OTA marketing — sponsored placements, promotions, and merchandising across Airbnb, Booking.com, ...
