The role of a Social Marketing Sales Representative is to work with TikTok customers assigned to a portfolio to help them improve their campaign performance by selling new campaign types, implementing recommendations and increasing their advertisement budget.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

- Contact all clients assigned to your portfolio via phone and email to schedule appointments for consultations and upselling.

- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell the accounts assigned to your portfolio.

- Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best sales solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies.
