Building brand, promotion, and marketing campaign messaging that is apart from
Others in the market to give them a unique selling point, align with the product
Communicate with the customer via FB Messenger, Line OA, and comment convert
Customer to lead generation
Develop a marketing campaign that relates to the chat channel
Explore, develop a chatbot, and marketing tools to support customers’ needs
Tracking, reporting, analyzing, and communicating with the internal team
