- Manage social channels: Facebook, Line OA, IG, TikTok, and others.
- Building brand, promotion, and marketing campaign messaging that is apart from
- Others in the market to give them a unique selling point, align with the product
- Communicate with the customer via FB Messenger, Line OA, and comment convert
- Customer to lead generation
- Develop a marketing campaign that relates to the chat channel
- Explore, develop a chatbot, and marketing tools to support customers’ needs
