Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and integrating social media data to develop ongoing reports (bi-weekly, monthly) and campaign reports (weekly, final).
• Building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Integrating social media data from multiple sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV files, etc.) and from different agencies.
• Understanding and analyzing both organic and paid social media metrics across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram (Stories & Reels), YouTube, and TikTok.
• Identifying insights through social listening tools, including:
• Alert management
• Query creation
