We are
currently looking for a Social Media Insights & Reporting Analyst to join a
huge tech client for a 1 year contract (with the possibility of extension /
going permanent).

The Insights & Reporting Analyst turns
raw data into a competitive advantage. You are responsible for measuring the
performance of the social media ecosystem, providing the why behind
the numbers, and delivering actionable recommendations. You ensure that the
team isn't just busy, but effective, by maintaining the Summary
reports and Documents & Artifacts that track long-term growth
and ROI.

What you'll be doing:

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key
  performance indicators (KPIs) across all social platforms (Engagement,
  Reach, Conversion, Sentiment).
