Social Media and Growth Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media & Growth Executive who can work closely with our design and business development teams to drive brand visibility, digital presence, and growth initiatives. This is not a post-and-go role. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand stays consistent, our channels stay active, and our growth strategies actually translate into numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Manage and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all company platforms.
Work with the design team to create on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
Maintain a consistent posting schedule, which includes no missed birthdays, events, celebrations, milestones, or updates.
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; optimize content accordingly.
Maintain brand kit standards across all visuals and communication.
Proactively suggest new content formats, trends, and growth strategies.
