Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support our academy remotely on a part-time basis. This role focuses on engaging warm leads, managing CRM activities, responding to inbound communications, and creating short-form social media content.

This is a remote position ideal for someone comfortable juggling social media, messaging, and light lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Communication & CRM

• Answer inbound calls via GoHighLevel
• Call and text warm leads to follow up on inquiries
• Perform manual follow-ups with interested prospects
• Update CRM records and maintain accurate lead statuses
• Answer basic questions about classes, programs, and schedules
• Set, confirm, and manage appointments in GoHighLevel

Social Media Management

• Respond promptly to inbound social media messages and DMs
