Role Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing client social media accounts while also coaching clients on best practices, platform strategy, and content execution. This role combines hands-on social media expertise with the ability to teach, guide, and mentor individuals who are new to social media or struggling to get results.
The candidate must be deeply familiar with social media algorithms, content creation workflows, and engagement systems, and be capable of managing projects from ideation to completion.
There is a future opportunity to expand into a leadership role overseeing a small team (3–5 people), so familiarity with delegation, team workflows, and leadership processes is a strong benefit.
