Our client Asian Vision Cable Holdings Inc is urgently looking for a Social Media Associate to provide support to the Customer Service Team in social media engagement (mainly Facebook).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree – any business-related courses.
• Patient, customer-oriented, kind, approachable, accommodating, flexible, team player.
