Location: Remote / Montreal Hybrid

Time Commitment: Flexible — approximately 5–10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Drafting or scheduling social media posts.
• Helping grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
• Assisting with mailing list growth and audience engagement.
• Researching aligned communities, organizations, and groups.
• Helping promote events and workshops.
• Supporting outreach campaigns and audience building.
• Identifying creative ways to increase visibility and engagement.
• Helping build foundational community systems around the organization.
