Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager

RGP is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to bring our brand to life across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and social execution, owning the day-to-day production, publishing, and conversation that builds connection with our audience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller, trend-aware creator, and natural community builder who can plan, create, schedule, and engage—turning strategy into compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement and brand affinity. This is a remote position that will be located in the East/Central region of the US.

Pay Range: $68,600 - $86,000.
